You have the option to exchange or return an item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. We cover shipping costs as long as our return instructions are carefully adhered to.

To begin the return process, please contact us via email at info@z3raw.com or through our contact form. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and comprehensive shipping instructions. Make sure that authorised returns are sent using the carrier recommended by us.

Sterling silver (92.5% silver, 7.5% copper) is durable and ideal for everyday wear. To keep it looking its best, avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming, showering, or doing heavy physical work. Remove pieces before applying lotions, perfumes, or other chemicals.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box, away from humidity, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures, to prevent scratching and tarnishing.

To clean, gently polish with a soft anti-tarnish cloth. For a deeper clean, use warm water with mild soap, or a baking soda paste for heavier tarnish. Always dry completely before storing.
