Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in original, unused condition

  • Sent back in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Custom, personalised, or engraved pieces (unless there is a manufacturing fault)

  • All pierced jewellery, unless the original sealed packaging is completely unopened (for hygiene reasons in the UK)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email krisztian.gor@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return or exchange

Once your request is approved, you will receive full return instructions.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please contact us as soon as it arrives and include clear photos of the issue.
After we receive the item back, we will send out a replacement at no extra cost.

In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • For exchanges, the customer covers:

    • The cost of returning the original item

    • The shipping cost of the replacement item

    • Any applicable taxes or duties

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
