Each piece is handcrafted to order.

Please allow approximately one week for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on destination and shipping method selected.

Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Delivery services available within the United Kingdom are:

DHL Express — tracked and signed, 1–2 working days

Royal Mail 48 — tracked and signed, 2–5 working days (free on orders over £100)

We ship internationally using DHL Express with Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP) service.

All applicable import taxes, customs duties, and fees are calculated and collected upfront at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Your order is cleared through customs before arrival for a smoother and faster delivery experience.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days.

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination country and local customs procedures. Remote locations may require an additional day.

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).

This means:

• Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid in advance

• You will not be contacted by DHL or local customs for payment

• There are no additional fees on delivery

• Orders are processed through customs faster than standard shipping methods

We use DHL Express for all international shipments to ensure fast transit, reliable tracking, and priority customs clearance.
