Welcome to byKRZ. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the byKRZ website and any purchases of byKRZ jewellery and related products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use this website or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Prices may change without notice. While we aim to ensure all descriptions, images, weights, and dimensions are accurate, slight variations can occur due to the handmade nature of our jewellery and differences in screen display.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including shipping, taxes, and any applicable duties.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing or description

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Product unavailability

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control. Any import duties or local taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Custom, personalised, or engraved items are non-returnable unless there is a proven manufacturing fault. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned once opened from its sealed packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on the byKRZ website, including jewellery designs, custom engravings, 3D renders, photographs, text, graphics, and branding elements created by byKRZ, are the intellectual property of byKRZ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Some products may feature names, symbols, or logos associated with third-party projects or networks (for example, blockchain or protocol logos). These trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for artistic, descriptive, or referential purposes only.

Purchasing a product grants ownership of the physical item only. It does not grant any right to reproduce, copy, commercially manufacture, or distribute the design or artwork.


8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems

  • Upload or transmit any harmful code or material

  • Provide false or misleading personal or payment information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, byKRZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products, including loss of income, profit, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Warranty & Handmade Nature

Each piece is handmade and may show minor variations or tool marks as part of its character.

Products are provided as sold. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications are not covered. Any specific care or material information provided with the product should be followed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
